Ronald D. He received his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he was an editor for the Touro Law Review. While in law school, he was published and received numerous honors. Ronald is licensed to practice in New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He earned his bachelor of arts in economics and political science from Boston University.
