Gina Hatami has had a strong career in litigating personal injury cases since her admission to the bar in 1998. She has handled a variety of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises cases, municipal negligence, and complex Labor Law / Construction accident cases among other areas of law. Gina has experience in all aspects of litigation and works hard to obtain the best results for her clients. Gina is admitted to practice law in New York State. She graduated Cum Laude from Touro Law School in 1997 with a J.D. where she was a staff member of the International Law Review and received the Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction Award for Academic Excellence. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1994 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
Gina is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. She previously worked for a New York City based personal injury plaintiffs’ firm and began her personal injury career working as in-house counsel to a major insurance company. Gina was also selected to participate in a Judicial Clerkship Clinic with the Honorable Denis R. Hurley of the U.S. District Court during her last year of law school where she gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the litigation process.
